Clara is the companion of the Eleventh Doctor (Matt Smith). She left the show after its ninth series to take on a role as Queen Victoria in an ITV production “Victoria”. She returned to the show in 2017 for Twelfth Doctor’s last episode “Twice Upon a Time” where she made a cameo appearance.
