Giles, a Greenville native, began working as a General Assignment Reporter for WTVM News Leader 9 in August 2009. Roslyn joined WXTX Fox 54 as an anchor in August 2016.
Roslyn began her career in the early 1990s at WXVT-TV 15, where she delivered the news to the folks she knew best in her hometown of Greenville, Mississippi. Reporting, hosting, and creating a public affairs show were among her tasks. Roslyn moved to Columbus, Georgia in 1996 to work as the Opelika Bureau Chief Reporter for CBS station WRBL-TV 3. She and her news crew won an Associated Press Award for Best Coverage for their coverage of the 1996 Atlanta Olympics. After nine years of reporting and anchoring, Roslyn decided to pursue a career in real estate. The hiatus from television was only meant to be brief.
Three years later, she returned to her original love as a freelance reporter at her previous Columbus station, WTVM News Leader 9, and quickly got a full-time reporting job. She was promoted to weekend anchor after two years. Roslyn was honored by the Georgia Marshal Network in 2014 with an Outstanding Media Award for fair and impartial reporting.
