Matthew White is an Australian sports broadcaster, television executive, television presenter, and journalist who has returned to Network 10 since 2014. He was previously the Head of Sport for Network 10 and the host of the motorsports discussion show RPM.

Matthew White Network 10
After a decade with the Seven Network, White returned to Network 10 in July 2014. For Ten, he covered the 2014 Commonwealth Games. Following Ten’s shared broadcast rights to Supercars with Fox Sports in 2015, White joined the network’s coverage alongside Mark Webber and Aaron Noonan, as well as their Formula One coverage, replacing Greg Rust. RPM, a motorsports panel show, is also relaunched by White. On Ten, he also presents Wallabies Rugby Union matches.
White also appears as a guest co-host on The Project on occasion. White was appointed Head of Sport at Network 10 in May 2018, succeeding David Barham. In May 2020, it was announced that White had been laid go by Network 10 due to a series of budget cuts.
Matthew White Seven Network
White began working for the Seven Network in the middle of 2004 and quickly rose to prominence as a Seven Sport host. White hosted Seven’s now-defunct flagship sports program, Sportsworld, as well as the network’s coverage of the Australian Open and the Athens Olympics in 2004. During the Olympics in Beijing in 2008, he also hosted evening events from the main studio of Seven.
After Seven got the rights to the Supercars in 2007, he hosted and commented on their coverage until the middle of 2014 with Neil Crompton, Mark Skaife, Mark Larkham, and Mark Beretta. From the middle of 2004 to the middle of 2008, White hosted sports on Sydney’s weeknight edition of Seven News.

White served as a co-host alongside Kylie Gillies and Melissa Doyle. In addition, during the Christmas/New Year period of 2007/08 in Sydney, he hosted weekend editions of Seven News.
The Seven Network announced on September 30 that White would take over for Anna Coren as Today Tonight’s East Coast host. He was forced to quit his regular job as a sport presenter on Seven News as a result, but he continued to work on Supercars. In November 2012, White surrendered as moderator of Today This evening following four years to seek after different jobs at the Seven Organization. White was made the host of Seven Afternoon News with Melissa Doyle in August 2013.
While maintaining his position on Today Tonight, White competed on Dancing with the Stars in 2009. He came in second place at the end. Together with Natalie Barr in 2012 and Melissa Doyle in 2013, White hosted Carols in the Domain.
