Foster was the Huggies baby at 16 months in 1986. He starred in the 1995 film Above Suspicion, alongside Christopher Reeve, Joe Mantegna, and Kim Cattrall. He is most known for his role as Justin Stewart, the boy who took on the mantle of the Blue Turbo Ranger in the fifth season of Fox Kids’ Power Rangers Turbo, and made his television debut in the film Turbo: A Power Rangers Movie. Foster reprised his character in a Power Rangers In Space episode. At the same time, he appeared in two successful films: Casper Meets Wendy (1998) and Rusty: A Dog’s Tale (1998). In 2017, he starred in the short film The Order, along with Power Rangers allumni Austin St. John, Catherine Sutherland, David Yost, Johnny Yong Bosch, Paul Schrier, Karan Ashley, Steve Cardenas, Erin Cahill, Walter Emanuel Jones, Nakia Burrise, Hilary Shepard Turner, Dan Southworth, Alyson Sullivan, Deborah Estelle Phillips and Azim Rizk.

A three-time state martial arts champion, with a second-degree black belt in American Tang Soo Do style Karate. Tom Bloom earned a fourth-degree black belt in Chuck Norris’ American Tang Soo Do form of karate. Wrote a book about urban development that was never published. Mark Lanalampi is now shooting alongside actress/singer Lalaine and Selena Gomez for the television spin-off “Stevie Sanchez” (2005) of “Lizzie McGuire” (2001).
