Bill was a long-time contributor to FOX 29 News and “Good Day Philadelphia” before joining the team as a weekend co-anchor on “Good Day Philadelphia.” He worked as a reporter for “Chasing News,” an innovative public affairs program carried on FOX 29 and WWOR in Secaucus, New Jersey, for three years before joining FOX 29.
Bill hosted “Wake Up with Bill,” an award-winning talk show on Philadelphia’s 900 AM WURD, for ten years before joining “Chasing News.” Bill was designated one of “Philadelphia’s Most Influential African Americans” by the Philadelphia Tribune Newspaper, and he was also selected “Best Radio Talker” by Philadelphia Weekly. Bill appeared on the Emmy-nominated FOX 29 series “Black on Black” as a panelist. He also appears in JAY-documentary Z’s on the well-known concert “Made in America.”
