He has appeared in films such as Elliot Loves in 2012, Daddy’s Boy in 2016, The Pretenders in 2018, and as the lead officer in an episode of The Blacklist in 2014. Porowski also played Adam Bandrowski in To My Father, a 2015 short docudrama about the Vinnytsia massacre. The short film premiered in the Short Film Corner of the 2016 Cannes Film Festival.
Porowski and his Queer Eye co-hosts won an Emmy for Outstanding Structured Reality Program on September 10, 2018.
