He began seriously considering dance as a career option in 2005. Willdabeast joined the dance crew ‘Destined 2 Be’ in early 2008. He was then content to be a member of the crew. He mostly did freestyle dance because he had no other training. Only a year later, Adams’ group received national attention after making it through two rounds of America’s Got Talent. This appearance led to the crew performing with groups such as Breaksk8 and individuals such as Jason Derulo. Adams’ career gradually took off from there, as he began to book more jobs and appeared in movies, commercials, short films, and so on.
He got a job dancing on tour for rap artist T-Pain in 2010. Since moving to Los Angeles, he has also worked as a choreographer for Nike commercials and as a guest choreographer on one of America’s most popular dance television shows, So You Think You Can Dance. Adams founded the immaBEAST dance company in 2013. He auditioned hundreds of the best dancers in Los Angeles and across the country, but only about 60 were chosen. Adams’ company began producing videos and short films right away, and they have since amassed millions of views and followers. The immaBEAST company has grown to be one of America’s largest hip-hop brands, as well as a major influence on American dance culture.
