Jaber began her career in music as a member of the Scandal’us pop ensemble, which included Anna Belperio, Jason Bird, Simon Ditcham, and Daniela Scala. In 2001, the trio won the second season of Popstars Australia, and as a result, they signed a record deal with Festival Mushroom Records. “Me, Myself & I,” their debut single, entered at number one on the ARIA Singles Chart and stayed there for three weeks.
