Torres first appeared on television in 2014 as the host of All Access, an EDM TV show that aired on E! Entertainment Television Latin America. The next year, she hosted The Release, another EDM TV show produced by Vice Media and broadcast on Canal Sony. In 2016, she became an entertainment news presenter for Imagen Noticias, which airs on Imagen Televisión. and began her career in the reality television show El Mundo Real via Facebook Watch. Rivera Torres is a regular contributor to the Excélsior Mexican newspaper and has appeared in two feature films: Café Con Leche and Ray Gallardo directed El Vestido, while Roque Falabella directed El Vestido. Currently, she co-hosts Imagen Televisión’s late-night talk show ¡Qué Importa! and most recently, Rivera Torres joined the cast of Si nos dejan a Spanish-language telenovela that premiered on Univision on 1 June 2021 portraying Mabel Rangel. She began her modeling training at Barbizon Modeling School at the age of eleven and later earned a degree in Communication Science from Universidad Iberoamericana. Sofia is also an award-winning writer, having won the Sally Writes award for her publication of several poems. Sofia is a professional model, television host, and writer who gained fame through her work on the Girl E! Mexico series, as well as Imagen Television and VICE USA.
