She appeared as Kate Wallis, a popular girl who goes missing without a trace in the American teen drama mystery thriller anthology television series Cruel Summer. The first season takes set in the imaginary town of Skylin, Texas, between 1993 and 1995, and follows two young girls, Jeanette Turner and Kate Wallis. After gorgeous, popular Kate vanishes without a trace, sweet, socially uncomfortable Jeanette blossoms, even adopting various parts of Kate’s life.
After Kate returns alive and accuses Jeanette of witnessing her abduction but failing to report it, Jeanette becomes nationally loathed. Families and friends must decide who is speaking the truth while a legal struggle rages on; nevertheless, Jeanette and Kate may be hiding something.

She was glad and happy that there was someone who understood her and even called him a friend, inspiring him not to give up in a fight with Electro. She was also astounded to learn that there were other worlds, even if her equivalents were men. Petra even befriended other world’s spidermen and collaborated with them to preserve the city.

She appeared as Tandy Bowen / Dagger in the American television series Cloak & Dagger. Dagger is a teenager and street thief who shares a childhood tragedy with Tyrone Johnson and has the ability to emit light daggers. Bowen in the series was “more cynical” than previous portrayals, according to showrunner Joe Pokaski, and she can access people’s hopes and desires when she touches them, saying, “There’s something exciting about having a cynical character like Tandy who steals things and doesn’t believe in the good of man, yet sees the best in them when she touches them.” Rachel Ryals plays Tandy when she is younger.
