Natasha joined CBS 3 in December 2002 as a general assignment reporter. She joined the station from WPXI-TV in Pittsburgh, where she worked as a reporter and anchor. She had previously worked for WWBT-TV in Richmond, Virginia, as a reporter and weekend anchor.

Natasha began her career at WPDE-TV in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, as a reporter and anchor. Since then, she has established herself as a top on-the-ground reporter, covering big stories such as the Columbine High School killings, the September 11th disaster of Flight 93 in Somerset County, Pennsylvania, and the Quecreek Mine Disaster.

Natasha has also covered various presidential campaigns and candidates, as well as the nationwide relocation of the Liberty Bell to its new home across Independence Park in Philadelphia in 2004. She has three local Emmy Awards for her work.

The National Association of Black Journalists has Natasha as a member. She got an African American Heritage Award as “Best Reporter” from WAMO Radio, the award’s sponsor, while in Pittsburgh. She has twice been recognized to the NAACP’s “Most Influential Black Women” list in Philadelphia. She was honored into the Philadelphia Broadcast Pioneers Hall of Fame in 2016. Natasha has also been a strong supporter of Susan G. Komen for the Cure’s initiatives, holding the organization’s annual “Sisters for the Cure” workshop for African-American women. She is presently a member of the Susan G. Komen Foundation’s Board of Directors.
