After a brief stint in public relations, her first job was as a weekend sports anchor/reporter for KTBS, where she remained for nearly four years. She then relocated to Green Bay, Wisconsin, to work as a weekend sports anchor/reporter for WFRV. As a CBS Sports Network affiliate reporter, Leslie gained valuable expertise. reporting on the Packers on “That Other Pregame Show” every week. She covered every game, the NFL combine, and the Packers’ NFL Hall of Fame Inductions in Canton as a CBS Packers correspondent. Leslie was an all-state basketball player for the LHSAA at Benton High School (near Bossier City) before moving on to play NCAA basketball at Georgia Southern University.
