In April 2015, when the hip-hop trio, along with 12 other Migos associates, were arrested for possession of marijuana and firearms, resulting in the postponement of Migos’ Yung Rich Nation Tour. Offset was charged with aggravated assault on an inmate in custody in May 2015. He was finally released in December 2015 after accepting a plea bargain. He was fined and is currently serving 5 years of probation as well as being barred from four counties. However, his legal problems did not end there. He was arrested in 2016 for driving without a valid license.

Cephus and the other two members of the Hip Hop trio ‘Migos’, Quavo and Takeoff, formed the Hip Hop trio ‘Migos’ in 2009. However, the group’s journey was not without bumps in the road. Initially, the group was known as the Polo Club. The group was renamed Migos in 2010. The first Migos mixed tape was released in 2012, and Kiari’s career skyrocketed from there. In 2013, their viral hit “Versace” debuted at number 99 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in the United States, and their mixtape ‘Y.R.N.’ was named the 27th best album released in 2013.
The band’s second mixtape, titled ‘No Label 2,’ was released in 2014 and became an instant hit. It also received positive feedback from critics.
