Blair was the first Montanan to place in the Miss Teen USA 2006 pageant, which took place on August 15, 2006, in Palm Springs, California. He represented Montana and was crowned Miss Teen USA in 2006. Blair was crowned the new Miss Teen USA by Ohio’s Allie LaForce, the previous titleholder. North Carolina’s Melissa Lingafelt came in the first place.
