Goodhart responded to an audition notice searching for pageant competitors despite never having competed in a pageant before. She represented Hell’s Kitchen in the 2013 Miss New York USA pageant. She competed in the Miss USA 2013 pageant but did not finish among the top 15. Goodhart was performing in The Awesome 80s Prom during the time of the pageants and continued to do so until the show concluded. On September 18, 2013, Goodhart made her Fox News Channel debut as a guest panelist on Red Eye with Greg Gutfeld. Following Bill Schulz’s departure in November 2013, her appearances led to her becoming a full-time panellist beginning with the February 4, 2014, show.

She was also a cast member on FNC’s Gutfeld! on late Saturday evenings from 2015 to 2016. On the Red Eye w/ Tom Shillue broadcast at 12:00 a.m. on August 5, 2016, Nosuchinsky announced her departure from Fox News after two and a half years. On the final episode of Red Eye, which aired on August 6, 2016, Goodhart announced her departure from Fox News to pursue a career as an actress. On March 19, 2020, Goodhart participated in a video released to Twitter and Instagram by Chrissie Mayr, performing a parody of the iconic 1970s hit “Kung Fu Fighting” with the lyrics changed to “Kung Fu Fighting.” Some saw the song as insulting persons of Chinese descent in the midst of the global COVID-19 outbreak, and the video received quick outrage and criticism.
