She moved to Baltimore from Albuquerque, New Mexico, where she anchors KASA FOX 2’s News at Nine and reports for sister station KOB-TV. She was promoted to anchor the station’s 4 p.m. news while continuing to report for other newscasts at KOB-TV.
She worked as a weekend anchor and reporter for KYMA-TV in Yuma, Arizona, before migrating to New Mexico. She got first place in the Associated Press’s “Hard News Feature” category while she was there. Jessica worked with the Special Olympics in Albuquerque, training athletes’ public speaking skills.
