In 2013, Sinclair appeared in two episodes of HBO’s documentary series Masterclass. Sinclair appeared as Kim Carson on NBC’s Revolution in one episode in 2014. She also portrayed Tasha Williams in three episodes of TNT’s Rizzoli & Isles. Sinclair, Nat Wolff, and Cara Delevingne co-starred in Jake Schreier’s comedy-drama Paper Towns in 2015. The film is an adaptation of John Green’s novel of the same name, and it was released by 20th Century Fox on July 24, 2015. In 2016, Sinclair played Anna, a surrogate mother, in Jon Cassar’s thriller When the Bough Breaks. Screen Gems released the film on September 9, 2016.
