After his wife dies, Hardman reclaims his job as managing partner five years later. Jessica reclaims her title after Pearson Darby Specter merges with Darby International to establish Pearson Darby Specter. Pearson Specter and Pearson Specter Litt are two of the firm’s names. Jessica finds she has forgotten about her legal career and resigns, handing over the firm to Harvey and Louis, with Louis taking over as managing partner.
