He began his career while still in college, working for the Ron and Fez radio show at WNEW in New York City (2002-2003). He also appeared on The Opie and Anthony Show in 2003, and later worked at Virgin Records in New York City and London with music producer Matt Serletic. Brian first came to prominence with The Dew Report, a six-part extreme sports show in which he traveled across the country in search of the ultimate extreme sport. He later had his own DIY Network show called Garage Mahal, in which he and co-host pro wrestler Bill Goldberg transformed ordinary garages. Following that, he hosted The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show Behind the Scenes on CBS, for which he received numerous awards.

Brian co-hosted A Celebrity Sports Invitational in Banff, Canada, and one in Jamaica for NBC in 2010, alongside Alec Baldwin, John O’Hurley, and Robert Kennedy Jr. In 2011, he served as an executive producer and television host for the FOX Sports show The Great Ride, in which he traveled across the United States in search of the ultimate motorcycle ride. Other shows include Hollyscoop on FOX, “ENTV” for ION Television, Yahoo, and AOL, and the nationally syndicated show THE LIST. He won an Emmy for his work on the E. W. Scripps Company’s THE LIST. He won his second Emmy Award in 2017 for best TV Host in a Syndicated Series for E. W. Scripps Company.

Brian’s Land Cruiser collection was featured on Jay Leno’s show Jay Leno’s Garage in 2018.[9] In 2019, Brian founded Corsetti Cruisers , where he builds classic 4X4s from the ground up. The Toyota Land Cruiser, in particular. Corsetti Cruisers collaborated with Joel McHale and Super73 on a limited edition Corsetti SE all-electric bike in 2023.  This limited edition series was inspired by Brian’s Corsetti Cruiser for Joel, which featured a 430 horsepower LS3 engine, upgraded technology, and retro style decals on the side of a completely restored 1990 Toyota Land Cruiser.
