The Netflix Limited Series From Scratch, which is an adaptation of her sister Tembi Locke’s 2019 memoir From Scratch: A Memoir of Love, Sicily, and Finding Home, was revealed to have Locke as executive producer and showrunner in 2021. In October 2022, it made its Netflix debut. 2023, she was elected as a Royal Society of Literature International Writer.
