Miller competed at the American Classic in June, finishing fifth in the all-around and balance beam and sixth on the uneven bars. She also competed in the G.K U.S. Classic, finishing sixth on uneven bars and 12th overall. Miller qualified for the 2019 U.S. National Gymnastics Championships, finishing 14th in the all-around and not making the national team. Miller competed in the 2021 Winter Cup in February, finishing fifth on uneven bars, seventh on floor, and eighth overall. She went on to compete at the US Classic, where she finished fourth on the uneven bars and 14th overall.

Miller finished sixth on the uneven bars and 17th overall in the 2021 U.S. National Gymnastics Championships, where she was named to the National Team. Later that month, she competed in the United States Olympic Trials, finishing 12th. Miller competed in the Winter Cup, finishing eighth on uneven bars and 14th overall. In her international debut, she placed first in the team competition and seventh in the all-around at the City of Jesolo Trophy. She was chosen in July to compete in the Pan American Championships alongside Kayla DiCello, Skye Blakely, Elle Mueller, and Lexi Zeiss. She won silver on uneven bars on the first day of competition, trailing only Rebeca Andrade.
