Todd Barry is an American actor and stand-up comedian, best known for his deadpan comedy. He is an actor and writer, known for The Wrestler (2008), Bob’s Burgers (2011), and Flight of the Conchords (2007).

Before turning to stand-up comedy, he was the drummer for indie rock band The Chant from 1984 to 1985. He wrote, directed and starred in the short film Saffron (2002), opposite H. Jon Benjamin. He appeared in the films “Dr. Katz”, “The Experts”, “Home Movies”, “Space Ghost Coast to Coast”, “Wonder Showzen”, “Tom Goes to the Mayor” and “Aqua Teen Hunger Force”. He also voiced a recurring character on Billy the Squid. In 2004, he starred in the animated series Shorties Watchin’ Shorties.
Dr. Katz, the first two of which are his own; he later had a recurring role as video salesman Todd for most of the final season.
