Tim Meadows Bob’s Burgers

He plays Mike Wobbles, the Belchers’ mailman, on Bob’s Burgers. Mike made his first appearance in Season 2. The majority of Mike’s appearances in the series involve him delivering the Belchers’ mail, which he personally hands over rather than placing it in a mailbox or through a door.

Mike also appears to be a corrupt mailman, as he admits in “My Fuzzy Valentine” to throwing mail down the storm drain. It is also implied that he reads other people’s mail; for example, in “Glued, Where’s My Bob?” it is clear that he has read the copy of Coaster’s magazine before delivering it to the Belchers because he instructs them when to turn pages. In the episode “Friends with Burger-fits,” he also steals ice cream from the restaurant.

Mike walks 9 miles a day for his mail route despite having uneven legs and having to wear special shoes (“Full Bars”) (“Friends with Burger-fits”). Mike was a baseball pitcher in college, and it is for this reason that he was able to almost beat Linda at ‘Napkin Darts’ in “Stand by Gene”.

Meadows’ long tenure on the show was referenced in three monologues when former cast members Phil Hartman and Mike Myers returned to host the show, as well as when Alec Baldwin hosted for the twelfth time.
