While serving as executive vice president of global supply chain and product operations at Gap Inc., she managed the company’s global supply chain and redefined the company’s product-to-market strategy for its portfolio of brands. From 2016 to 2020, Syngal was in charge of Old Navy, Gap Inc.’s largest brand. During her tenure, the company’s sales increased from $7 billion to $8 billion, it opened over 1,200 stores in North America, it expanded its e-commerce site to become the fourth-largest apparel site in the United States, and it developed competitive omni-channel capabilities.
