From 2016 to 2020, Syngal was in charge of Old Navy, Gap Inc.’s largest brand. During her tenure, the company’s sales increased from $7 billion to $8 billion, it opened over 1,200 stores in North America, it expanded its e-commerce site to become the fourth-largest apparel site in the United States, and it developed competitive omni-channel capabilities.
