She won the sixteenth series of I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! in 2016, and has subsequently participated in other shows, including the I’m a Celebrity companion show Extra Camp as a co-presenter, and Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway.

Scarlett and six other famous people, including Nick Hewer and Monty Panesar, appeared in the BBC show Pilgrimage in 2022. In it, Scarlett and other famous people followed Saint Columba’s path from North Western Ireland to the Isle of Iona in Scotland, where he introduced Christianity to the UK mainland at the end of the sixth century AD.
