Roberta Hoskie Biography
Roberta Hoskie, an American real estate broker, writer, and media personality, lives in New Haven, Connecticut. She is the author of Poverty Curse Broken and the founder and CEO of Outreach Realty Servicing, Outreach School of Real Estate, and the 1000 Black Families National Homeownership Program. She is also the founder and leader of the International Millionaire Mindset Sisterhood.

When she was 20, Hoskie interned at Yale University and, many months later, purchased a home through Yale’s home buying program. She purchased a four-family home and rented out some of the space. Four years later, the house’s value doubled, and she sold it. She purchased a new home in 2004 and established Outreach Property Management. In 2006, she launched the Outreach Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing affordable homes to low and moderate-income households. She coordinates the H.O.P.E. Community Festival & Housing Summit for the Outreach Foundation. In August 2011, Hoskie created Outreach Realty Servicing, a full-service real estate brokerage, as well as Outreach Realty School, a real estate school. In 2015, she established Ms. Millionaire Mindset Academy and Training Seminars.
Hoskie is a member of the Minority Business Initiative for the State of Connecticut, the Greater New Haven Chamber of Commerce, and the Gateway Community College Foundation Board; she has previously served on the Re-Open CT Business Advisory Committee, the Board of Directors of Goodwill Easter Seals, the Community Action Agency, and as Chairwomen of Economic Development for the New Haven branch of the NAACP board. She co-hosts WYBC’s 94.3FM chat show, Electric Drum Round Table. In 2015, she debuted the reality TV show CT Money Makers. The curriculum focuses on the process of real estate investment.
