She and Walker clearly have a history – a relationship and a shared grief. Geri befriended and became close to Emily and Cordell Walker early in their marriage. During the second season of CBS All Access’ Tell Me A Story, she plays Maddie Pruitt. Maddie’s father died many years ago, so she decided to be the peacekeeper of her family as a method to cope with her sadness. She eventually became engaged to Tucker. Maddie, who is engaged to writer Tucker, is having marital problems as a result of Tucker’s late nights and numerous excuses. She becomes closer to her ex-boyfriend, Brendan, and later meets Olivia, a woman she kidnaps and chains in her basement. Brendan learns of Maddie’s affair with Tucker, but she subsequently confesses that she is not his new editor’s assistant.
Brendan learns about Olivia’s harsh relationship with Luke, as well as her role in his death. Olivia has Tucker bound up and reveals his true identity.
