Twice in two days, José Mourinho rushed to Lisbon to be at the side of his wife Matilde when she had an emergency operation. The operation was due to complications from a previous operation, supposedly for cancer, which was originally considered to be a success, according to a study by ‘The Sun’. She also complained of discomfort, however, and was diagnosed with greater problems prior to Christmas that needed immediate surgery.
