Mark L. Walberg Career
From September 1995 until May 1996, Walberg presented The Mark Walberg Show, an American syndicated tabloid talk show. Walberg is on the boards of directors of Goodwill Southern California and the Hollywood/Wilshire YMCA. He competes on the World Poker Tour for Goodwill Industries of Southern California in the Hollywood Home Games.
On April 1, 2003, Walberg hosted Friend or Foe? as the series finale episode (and also as an April Fools Day episode, as he is also a contestant in Lingo, playing for charity). His other game shows included Russian Roulette, which aired on Game program Network and featured an audience member as a cameo in the April Fools episode, and the PAX-TV game program On the Cover.
Beginning in the fall of 2008, he was set to host a game show based on the board game Trivial Pursuit: America Plays. Despite hosting the pilot, he was unable to escape his Fox contract and was replaced by Christopher Knight when the series premiered.
Walberg presented the CMT series Your Chance to Dance in 2010. Walberg hosted two television programs. He joined the PBS series Antiques Roadshow in 2006. He departed the show after season 23 in 2019, despite staying with it through many changes in format. The Game Plane, the first game show shot on an airplane while in flight, premiered on Discovery Family in 2014. He appeared on West Coast Report in 2011. Walberg also served as a spokeswoman for 23andMe. He currently serves as the host of The Price Is Right Live! and Temptation Island.
