Avgeropoulos portrayed Octavia Blake on The 100. She was part of the main cast from Season One to Season Seven. Marie Avgeropoulos plays Octavia Blake, a pivotal character in the series. She is one of the original 100 and was sentenced to juvenile detention for having a second child. Octavia had various problems on Earth, including learning to be free, battling for the Delinquents’ survival, attempting to enter Mount Weather, preventing A.L.I.E., losing Lincoln, and maintaining 1,200 people happily together in one bunker.
Octavia battled and won the Final Conclave for the Sky People’s right to reside in the bunker in Season Four. She made the decision to allow all 12 clans to reside in the bunker and became the bunker’s first commander. Octavia became Blodreina (Red Queen) after Kara Cooper’s revolution and condemned anybody who disobeyed her laws to gladiatorial death bouts. Octavia become dark and cruel two years after Praimfaya.
Octavia viciously led Wonkru in Season Five, intending to capture Shallow Valley from Charmaine Diyoza, leading her troops into a terrible battle against the Eligius Prisoners. She nearly sacrificed herself to save her brother after recognizing her faults and handed over leadership of Wonkru to Madi Griffin. Paxton McCreary annihilated the valley, making Earth untenable.
Octavia is banished by Bellamy for her acts in Season Six, but she is healed by the Temporal Anomaly and finds a desire to seek forgiveness. Octavia is sent through the Anomaly by Hope at the request of the Disciples in Season Seven, where she lives a forgotten existence with Hope and Diyoza. She returns to Earth, where she and Clarke free Madi and bring the Disciples’ reign of terror to an end. Octavia passes the Judge’s exam, resulting in humanity’s Transcendence.
