Storyline

When he can’t pay his taxes, though, he must pay the penalty by being flogged. To resolve the situation, he strikes a contract with Ahinoam, the queen, to either slay the beast or die.

Storyline
Thanks to the mystical Tantu Totem, a member of the Justice Society of America in the 1940s is able to magically harness the skills of the animal kingdom. The McCabe version of Vixen was supposed to appear in Legends as well, but Echikunwoke was unable to reprise the role owing to prior commitments. She returns to Zambesi at the end of Season 3. In Season 4, Charlie is presented as a “magical fugitive” who “slips through” the rift that the Waverider team created. She is a shapeshifter who, during a battle with the Legends, assumes the guise of Amaya in the hopes of distracting them. She is a shapeshifter who assumes the identity of Amaya during a battle with the Legends in the hopes of deterring them from attacking a friend. During the battle, she is frozen into that shape and abducted by the Legends. She finally regains her magical abilities, but she retains Amaya’s form. She is a fearsome warrior who is well-versed in the other magical fugitives.
