On September 6, 1989, Kravitz signed a record deal with Virgin Records and released his debut album, ‘Let Love Rule,’ on the label. The album included both funk and rock, which were popular at the time. he produced Madonna’s song “Justify My Love,” which Kravitz also co-wrote with Ingrid Chevez.
