By the following November, he had left Entertainment Tonight. From 2006 until 2009, Osborn wrote for Defense News. Osborn also served in the US Army as a Highly Qualified Expert (HQE). He is currently the Managing Editor of Warrior Maven, a military-specific news website that covers weapons, developing technology, and military history. Osborn also works as the Defense Editor for The National Interest. Osborn is an ardent reader, athlete, and sports enthusiast.
