JoJo Gomez moved to Los Angeles after graduating from high school in 2011. She was seventeen years old. Britney Spears’ first audition was for the MTV Video Music Awards in 2011, the same year she received the Michael Jackson Vanguard Award. Gomez got through it and got to be a part of the tribute to her childhood idol. Following her appearance at the VMAs, she worked on ‘The Voice’ with Justin Bieber. She has also appeared on ‘America’s Got Talent’ and ‘Radio Disney’.
