He interned at a local TV station for two years without pay after graduating. He began his meteorological career at WWLP-TV in Springfield, Massachusetts, where he worked for ten years as a weather anchor and reporter. In 1996, joined WISN-TV station in Milwaukee, Wisconsin where worked as a meteorologist for a period of three years. Then lastly in 1999, he joined the KDFW where he currently works as a senior meteorologist.
