Duncan began her career in Atlanta as an intern for the 2 Live Stews, a 790/The Zone-syndicated sports talk radio show. After a year, Atlanta host Ryan Cameron hired her to join the Ryan Cameron Show on V-103. Her responsibilities there included traffic reporter and on-air personality. Duncan hosted an afternoon show at the station in 2009 before transitioning to sports reporting for the Frank and Wanda show in the morning. Duncan also worked as a pre-and post-game contributor for the Atlanta Falcons radio network, as an Atlanta Hawks sideline reporter, and as a freelance sideline reporter for SEC and ACC football games on Comcast Sports South. Duncan began working as a traffic reporter for NBC affiliate WXIA-TV in 2012.

Duncan joined NESN as an anchor, reporter, and host in 2014. Duncan and Sarah Davis began co-hosting NESN Live Presented by Cross Insurance. The show includes NESN reporter updates as well as game-day analysis from Fenway Park, TD Garden, and Gillette Stadium. Duncan has also worked as a sideline reporter for the Boston Red Sox and hosted Super Bowl XLIX coverage from Glendale, Arizona, between the New England Patriots and the Seattle Seahawks.
