Jess is bound and taped shut, and Garriga believes she helped Nicky gain access to EXR. Nicky reveals how he duped her into believing he still had feelings for her while secretly recording Garriga’s password and login details.
Bucky takes Nicky and Jess to the hospital to treat Nicky’s punctured lung. He confesses that he abandoned him on the streets after a poker game in Boston, thinking about Nicky. Bucky leaves with all of the money as a lesson of the dangers of losing focus.
