Storyline

He used to be Skouras’s partner, but now he is his mortal enemy. He is devoted to defending Bo against Skouras and his army of henchmen. Originally, Winter and his team worked alongside Skouras at Project Orchestra, and Winter raised Bo there from infancy. Winter and his entire team defected from Orchestra at some point during the process, snatched Bo, and fled. Winter also pretended to die so that he could protect Bo. Winter worked at DARPA and MIT and was a CIA field agent psychologist, according to his resume, and Skouras describes him as “the global authority on the conscious and unconscious mind.”

Bo is a young girl born with supernatural abilities that she is unable to control. As her abilities grew, those tasked with protecting her were forced to seek assistance from an outsider. This led them to William Tate, a death-row inmate who they were wrongfully convicted of. Despite his reluctance to take on the role of her protector, the two form a bond that leads them to help each other and others while staying one step ahead of the evil forces seeking the girl.
