Soder has been on The Half Hour on Comedy Central, Conan, Cum Town, Opie and Anthony, The Anthony Cumia Show, Guy Code and Guy Court on MTV2, Garbage Time with Katie Nolan on Fox Sports 1, and the You Know What Dude! podcast with Robert Kelly. Soder was a frequent guest and “third mic” on Opie with Jim Norton, formerly on the Faction Talk channel on Sirius Satellite Radio after Anthony Cumia was fired from the Opie & Anthony Show. On July 27, 2015, Soder and fellow stand-up comedian Big Jay Oakerson launched The Bonfire, a two-hour live radio chat program that airs every Monday through Thursday (formerly Mondays and Wednesdays) from 6-8 pm EST on SiriusXM’s Comedy Central Radio channel.

After Comedy Central Radio halted production on all of its talk shows in March 2021, the show began broadcasting on Faction Talk from 5-7 p.m. EST. Soder announced his departure from The Bonfire on February 22, 2023, and was replaced by comedian Robert Kelly. Soder debuted as a guest performer in many episodes of Inside Amy Schumer beginning in 2014 and had a minor role in Amy Schumer’s film Trainwreck (2015). Dan Soder made a special guest appearance on the popular professional wrestling podcast Wrestling Soup on March 19, 2016.
