Cyril Shroff is a corporate lawyer from India. Since May 2015, he has served as the managing partner of Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM), India’s largest full-service law firm. Prior to that, he was the managing partner of Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A Shroff & Co since 1995. By Asian Legal Business (ALB) India Law Awards, he was named ‘Deal Maker of the Year’ in 2020 and ‘Managing Partner of the Year’ in 2019.

Following the death of Cyril’s mother, Bharti Shroff, the firm was divided into two, with Cyril heading Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and brother Shardul S. Shroff heading Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas. After receiving his BA, and LLB from the Government Law College in Mumbai, he was admitted to the Bar in 1982.

Shroff and his daughter Paridhi Karan Adani paid approximately Rs 36.33 crore for a sea-view apartment in an almost-completed super-luxury project in central Mumbai’s Worli neighborhood. This is the third apartment they’ve bought together in Oberoi Realty’s Three Sixty West project on Dr Annie Besant Road.
The previous two transactions were worth Rs 74.66 crore, bringing the total value to nearly Rs 111 crore. Two of the apartments are on the 38th floor of a 65-story building, while the third is one floor below.
