Afterward Baker was cast as Eddie C in the 2007 action film, The Condemned, which premiered on April 27, 2007, in the Unit States.
James then took the role of Harmon James in the 2016 American dystopian political action horror film, The Purge: Election Year. Along with him the series stars Frank Grillo, Elizabeth Mitchell, and Mykelti Williamson. In 2014, Christopher played a secondary character in the second season of True Detective. He played the assistant of Vince Vaughn’s character. In 2017, the actor played Boyd Langmore in Netflix’s hit series, Ozark. Baker appeared on the 2019 season of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D as the Chronicom Hunter Malachi.
