Arie Luyendyk Jr. Tattoos

He has a tattoo of the wing on his inner arm. The bold ink is said to be used to conceal the identity of his ex-girlfriend. Unfortunately, Luyendyk Jr. has been denying us much-needed shirtless Bachelor time — which is basically a cardinal sin, but whatever — but he also appears to have a tattoo on his ribcage.

His third tattoo isn’t exactly new, as he’s had it for a few years. But the meaning behind it is fascinating! During an interview with E!, Luyendyk Jr. explained that he saw the play Les Misérables while in London and immediately connected with the character Jean Valjean. The prison code for Jean Valjean was “24601,” which Luyendyk Jr. got tattooed on the outside of his wrist. His most recent tattoo (don’t you just love it when men roll up their dress shirts sleeves?).
