Ordon is an assistant clinical professor of plastic surgery at UCLA’s David Geffen School of Medicine in Los Angeles, as well as an Associate Professor of Surgery at the Keck/USC School of Medicine and Dartmouth Medical School in Hanover, New Hampshire. He formerly worked at the University of Connecticut Health Center and New York Medical College.

Ordon is also the co-founder and co-director of the Keck/USC Aesthetic Fellowship. Ordon is a founding member of the Surgical Friends Foundation, a non-profit organization that provides free reconstructive surgery to burn victims, abuse victims, people born with birth defects, and others in the United States and other countries such as Jordan and Haiti.
