Before joining FNC in 1998, Judge Napolitano served on the New Jersey Supreme Court and was the youngest life-tenured Superior Court judge in the state’s history. While on the court from 1987 to 1995, he tried over 150 jury trials and sat in all parts of the Superior Court. He worked at Seton Hall Law School as an adjunct professor of constitutional law for 11 years, where he taught constitutional law and jurisprudence.
