Amber Tamblyn Y: The Last Man
She was cast as Kimberly Cunningham, the former First Daughter of the United States in the FX on Hulu series, Y: The Last Man. Kimberly is characterized as power-hungry and entitled, but also as gentle, sympathetic, and attentive to others. She is used to being able to express her worries and have influence over her father when he is president. She dislikes Jennifer Brown being in charge, that she does not listen to or take her seriously, and that she is a Democrat.
Kimberly is a fervent conservative and staunch pro-life advocate. This is demonstrated in her fixation with Christine’s unborn baby, particularly when Christine expresses reservations about keeping the baby. Kimberly is also shown to be more miserable and emotionally weak than she admits. She has not dealt well, if at all, with the death of her family, particularly her boys.
In one scene, it is revealed that she has amassed a collection of children’s toys, including crayons, a toy vehicle, and colored pencils. She begins to have a nervous breakdown in the restroom before being interrupted and immediately recomposing herself. This could explain why she appears to get increasingly crazy, obsessed, and unpredictable as the series progresses. She is inspired by Meghan McCain and Ivanka Trump.
Amber Tamblyn The Unusuals
She appeared as Detective Casey Shraeger, a scion of a wealthy New York family hiding her background in the American crime television series The Unusuals. In the New York City Police Department, Casey Shraeger moves from Vice to Sergeant Harvey Brown’s 2nd Precinct. She is chosen because of her privileged family background to collaborate with Jason Walsh, a corrupt former partner.
Casey enlists the help of her new partner in the hunt for Walsh’s ex-partner’s killer. She meets others at the station, including Henry Cole, who robbed an armored car and is mistaken for Walsh’s girlfriend. There are also three detectives at the station: Leo Banks, who wears a bulletproof vest to prevent death, Eric Delahoy, who has a brain tumor and hallucinations but refuses to tell anybody, and Eddie Alvarez, who sees himself as a “lone wolf” and speaks about himself in the third person. Delahoy’s destiny remains unresolved at the end of the series.
Amber Tamblyn House
Tamblyn debuted as Remy Hadley’s temporary substitute Martha M. Masters on House, M.D. in Season 7. From the fourth season on, Dr. Remy Beauregard Hadley was a key character on House. She is best known as Thirteen because of her number card during the fellowship eliminations when she was a job applicant at the start of Season 4.
Dr. Hadley was confirmed to be bisexual, despite her habitual aversion to address personal things in most settings. Thirteen suffered from Huntington’s Chorea, a genetic illness that was a reoccurring theme during her time on the show. Thirteen’s mother and brother both died as a result of the sickness (with Thirteen honoring her brother’s wishes by euthanizing him), and Thirteen generally demonstrated that she was afraid of losing control of her body, but she didn’t let that hold her back.
Amber Tamblyn Two and a Half Men
She joined the cast of Two and a Half Men in Season 11, as Jenny Harper, Charlie’s long-lost illegitimate daughter. Jennifer Amanda “Jenny” Harper, a 25-year-old lesbian daughter of Charlie Harper, arrives in search of her Uncle Alan, pretending to be his niece.
Charlie and an unknown mother created her in Pavlov’s toilet one night. Jenny is a lesbian who is completely preoccupied with sex. She was born in New York, attempted to become a doctor to impress her mother, but ended up becoming an actor to annoy her. Charlie used to send funds to her mother every month, she explains. She eventually wanted to live in Malibu with her father. She hadn’t seen him since her fourth birthday. She used to stay at the home of a friend.
