Storyline

Captain Cole is assigned to the investigation of a mastermind who targets and publicly humiliates prominent people with secrets, then murders them if they don’t confess. Captain Cole has been trapped in the thick of a hostage scenario at the L.A. Concert Hall, and Carter and Lee are called in to help.
