Quinton Aaron is an American actor. He made his feature debut with Michel Gondry’s Be Kind Rewind. His first leading part was as Michael Oher in the 2009 film The Blind Side. Aaron made his cinematic debut as Q in Michael Gondry’s Be Kind Rewind, which starred Mos Def and Jack Black.

Career
Aaron made his acting debut as Q in Michel Gondry’s Be Kind Rewind, starring Mos Def and Jack Black. He collaborated with Al Thompson (Freedom, Remember the Way) on his NYU short thesis Mr. Brooklyn is directed by Jason Sokoloff. Aaron appeared in two episodes of the TV show Law & Order (“Bling” as a bodyguard in season 17, “Fallout” as a bodyguard, and “Disabled” in seasons 11 and 17).
His first role was playing Michael Orr opposite Sandra Bullock and Tim McGraw in The Underbelly, which was released on November 20, 2009. The film, directed by John Lee Hancock, is based on Michael Lewis’s 2006 book “Underbelly: The Evolution of the Game”, which tells the true story of Oher. Oher started ten games as a linebacker in his first season with the Rebels, becoming a first-team first-team All-American and then an offensive tackle for the Baltimore Ravens. Aaron auditioned for the role after his mother saw the casting notice online. She was selected as a finalist and flew to Los Angeles for the final round.
