Nigel Farage is a British broadcaster and former politician who led the UK Independence Party from 2006 to 2009, 2010 to 2016, and the Brexit Party from 2019 to 2021. Farage is presently the Honorary President of Reform UK and a presenter on GB News. He was a Member of the European Parliament for South East England from 1999 until the United Kingdom’s withdrawal from the European Union in 2020.

Farage was born in Farnborough, Kent, England, as the son of Barbara (née Stevens) and Guy Justus Oscar Farage. His father was a stockbroker based in the City of London.
