She is currently the sports anchor and host of various Raiders programming for the Las Vegas Raiders. She began her media career at WBOC news in Salisbury, Maryland.and was previously a sports talk radio host for WJZ-FM and a sports reporter for WRC-TV in Washington, D.C. MASN hired Theoharis as a reporter. Her other MASN responsibilities included covering the Baltimore Ravens by hosting Ravens Xtra with Wally Williams, Bruce Laird, and Playmakers, as well as reporting during Orioles telecasts.
