John Stamos is an American actor and singer best known for his appearances in the television shows General Hospital and Full House. He was nominated for a Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series for his contract role as Blackie Parrish. He saw his first Beach Boys concert when he was 15 years old; a passionate fan, he later toured with the band.
